Lease Rates
LONG-TERM STORAGE RATES
25 ft - 37 ft 38 ft and up
Annual  (12 month minimum) ........................................ $17.00 per foot /mo Please see
Seasonal  (6 month minimum) ..................................... $20.00 per foot /mo Harbor Master for
Monthly  (1 month minimum) ........................................ $25.00 per foot /mo availability and pricing.
Beams (width) from 9'1" to 9'11" additional charge equal to 25% of monthly rate.
Beams (width) 10 feet and over additional charge equal to 50% of monthly rate .
T-Tops, Arches and other over-height structures additional charge of $100.00 monthly.
Rates are based on maximum overall length, including engines, platforms and bowsprits.
Minimum charge is for 25 feet overall.


SHORT-TERM STORAGE RATES
Up to 35 ft 36 ft and up
Weekly  (7 day minimum) ............................................. $300.00 plus over width $400.00 plus over width
                (T-Tops & Arches) ........................................... $50.00 extra
Daily   .................................................................................. $3.00 per foot per day plus $50.00 rack fee plus $10/day for utilities *
* Utilities include electric, water, and pump-out.
